How to make Banana Cake

Now I would like to post to this blog about How to Make Banana Cake. Well, my mom and I love making this cake. So, now I wanna share to you how to make it.

HOW TO MAKE BANANA CAKE




Ingredients :
2 Large banana
8 Egg whites
10 Egg yolks
200g Sugar
6 Spoons milk
50g Margarine
200g Flour

1/2 Teaspoon baking powder

If you like, you can add chocochips or cheese

How to make :

1.      Melt margarine first, then sifted flour, mash bananas until really tender and put aside.

2.      Prepare the bowl, put the banana and milk then stir well.

3.      Beat eggs, sugar and baking powder until stiff and discolored to be rather pale.

4.      Put the banana and milk that has been stirred evenly into the egg mixture and stir well again.

5.      Then enter the flour. Stir again until smooth

6.      Grease a baking pan with margarine thinly. Then sprinkle a little flour

7.      Put the dough into the pan and then flat it with spatula.

8.      Sprinkle the topping with your taste (grated cheddar cheese or walnuts, etc.) 

      if not wearing a topping, it does not matter.

9.      Bake in oven temperature to 180 degrees-200 degrees. Usually less than 45 minutes.

10.  Take the cake from the over and then let it cool.
